#3941 Thoroughly test discussion email integration
I replied to a forum thread by email and it doesn't show on https://sourceforge.net/p/zarkov/discussion/general/ but it did get emailed out to subscribers. And my first reply by email was delayed and then showed up in a separate thread. We should test things like
- emailing to start a new thread
- replying to a thread
Find details on any failures and make tickets.
