#3962 Fix commit views for added directories

Added directories show up in the commit view, and when it tries to render the diff inline, it ends up with a copy of the tree view (complete with sidebar, headers and nav) in the inline diff container. Added directories should not render inline diffs (and possibly shouldn't show in the commit browser at all).
