As an authenticated user, I would like to be able to subscribe or unsubscribe to artifacts in the system. I would like to see an "email" icon on the upper right of the content area, when I click a status message appears telling me "You have subscribed to ARTIFACT_NAME". When I hover over the button I see a message that says "Subscribe"
If I am subscribed to something, the button looks depressed and I see a hover which says "Unsubscribe". Clicking the button removes my subscription and shows me a status message that says "You have unsubscribed from ARTIFACT_NAME".
