The user-profile tool doesn't show up in the top navigation menu. I think it probably needs its sitemap() method completed. After that, ensure that it has an appropriate icon and label.

Why are you need to show userprofile tool in top navigation menu? Userprofile depends with logged in user but not the project\neighborhood. What reason to display that tool in menu for project(for example)?

I don't think it depends on who is logged in. If you go to https://sourceforge.net/u/brondsem/profile/ and then click on one of the tools, there is nothing in the nav bar to go back to https://sourceforge.net/u/brondsem/profile/ You can click on the title "Dave Brondsema's stuff", but I would like the "profile" tool to have an item in the nav menu.

Closed #45 and pushed changes into 42cc_4123
Some fixes, lots of merge conflict resolution, and merged.
