#4210 Improve styling options for Wiki pages
Wiki pages can use the grid classes (e.g., "grid-8") to create more complex layouts, which will enable [#4208]. However, the options for styling things are a bit more limited.
We need to create a set of classes that can be used to render things with nice styles to reduce the demand for custom CSS. Some ideas for styles can be found at https://sourceforge.net/motorola/ (rounded borders, gradients, styling of the news/blog feed plugin, etc).
