#435 general: artifact update form buttons should be named "save", always provide a cancel

We currently have some inconsistency in what we label our "submit" buttons across the separate applications and forms:
- Discussion: "New Post", "Edit Post"
- Tickets: "Save Ticket"
- Wiki: "Save Changes"
- all admin forms
etc
As a user, I would like to see a consistent button label: "Save" for this operation. I would also like to consistently provide a "Cancel" button which returns the user to the "display" version of the artifact they are editing.
