#436 easywidgets: fix text "jerk" on hover, fade in border

Currently, when you mouseover click-editable widget, the contents of the widget shift slightly when the border is drawn around it. I would prefer that the contents remain in place while the border is drawn around it. For added effect, I would like the border to "fade in" over the course of ~1s.
Bonus points: make the boundaries of the form element and the interior text match the border outline and the static text, respectively.

I also notice sometimes in "text" type fields the hover border crosses the text itself.
