#437 tickets/easywidgets: unite "save" button on ticket metadata properties

Currently, when editing the data properties of a ticket on the right hand side of the ticket, the save/cancel buttons enlarge the field outside of its display area, overlapping other display/edit areas.
As a user, I would like all of the contents of the right side data area to share a "save/cancel" control at the bottom of the content area. This button should appear whenever one field is made click-editable.
