we're missing bug comments again in project fceultra on the new services. while adding a comment to this thread, all the comments vanished:

On forge-classic js/4428. It looks like the issue was that the comments were not visible at all after migration rather than disappearing when a new comment was added (that is what I saw on my sandbox at least).

this ticket is related. we also encountered comments not visible at all after migration, and comments which had appeared after migration later disappearing for no apparent reason at all (without additional comments being added)
