#4591 SVN import doesn't clear old metadata
If you use the SVN importer to import a new repo, replacing old commits, the metadata needs to be cleared out.
Currently, the old commit info is still present and shows up in the code browser. And if the first repo had more revisions than the new one, you can access the old revisions by URL.
