#4596 Ticket search should sort descending by default

I find that when I search for tickets, I'm more likely to be searching for a recent ticket rather than an older one (especially when the first chunk of hits is a bunch of closed tickets)

Also, clicking the # column sorts by ascending first, so if you want to sort by descending, you have to click it twice.
