I think the problem is that the read access to the ticket is only checked if the tickets are in the page to be visualized. So if you show 25 tickets, the read access is only checked for these 25 tickets. But if you show 250 tickets, the read access is checked for the 250. So the real result is that in April, I can read 126 tickets from 203 or more tickets updated.
