#4904 Subforum created newly is NOT visible on site [ss511]

i goto "Admin forums", create new forum as SUBforum of "Bugs, issues". name "Issues - solved". In admin panel it created, it visible there, BUT it not visible on user lever. No new forum in forums list, no new even in Bugs forum. Where can i find it. I can see it ONLY in admin panel
i corrected its name "issues/solved" --> "solved". it doesn't help

I don't think subforums are used much. In fact, I wasn't aware of them until now.
