#5095 Option to use CDN for icons
It'd be helpful if project icons and user icons could be served through a CDN url, as specified in production.ini. However, we need to make sure that changes are reflected live in short order. The project icon has a {{_id.generation_time}} url param to ensure that happens locally; that should continue to work.
