It would be nice to be able to add Trove categories for our users without having to log tickets for you guys to do it.

Recently the new user-skills code added the option to edit trove categories (shared with skills) but it would allow everyone to do that, so it's disabled on SF. We could update that to make it be a site admin type permission.
