Adding some more details to user profiles, namely personal contacts, information about the availability of a certain user, the user's localization and timezone and a list of self-assessed skills, in orded to foster collaboration within the forge and to allow users to better know each other's potential contributions. These changes have been previously introduced during a brief discussion on the mailing list.
Each user is allowed to edit his/her personal profile to include the data he or she wants to make public, and the user profile shows each other all the details about the user.
Skills are chosen by users selecting a category from the trove_category collection. This collection can also be modified by users to add new elements, but the feature to edit the collection can also be disabled by setting a parameter in the .ini file.

We just pushed this live to sourceforge.net While testing there, I noticed some weird behavior with timezones and opened up a new bug: [#5405]
