I want to migrate MediaWiki from HostedApps to the web space. The basic setup works fine, however, I now want to install the math extension, having a potentially formula-heavy wiki.

Now this extension requires ocaml for installation, which is not available on the sourceforge shell server. This makes installation a bit difficult. How can this issue be resolved?
