#5349 Use HTML for blog tool's RSS feeds

The blog tool's rss feed shows plaintext markdown which can be hard to read since it all runs together as a single paragraph with no line breaks. Its even worse if imported from classic sourceforge which does lots of escaping of special characters.

We should provide HTML in the feed instead. Make sure existing feed items still work fine.

Matching improvements in other tools could be good too.
