#538 Project Pages need class title

Problem: On project pages we give the project name again as title as an h1 inside the content area. It needs to be modified to have a class title.

<h1>FlexPMD</h1>
should be
<h1 class="title">Focus</h1>
There may be some tweeking required to get this to work right with the right side bar that shows tags and developers.
