#5406 3rd party migration documentation needs update

The 3rd party migration documentation doesn't make it clear that there is no need to use ForgePlucker to migrate data, just that a format similar to it is used. This is important to note as ForgePlucker is dead/stalled.
Also under the instructions to validate my import data before I do the import, it appears that an API key is required for validation. Is this correct? If so, the documentation should make that clear, right now it appears that you don't need one and should only request one once you've validated your data.
