#5410 Add a web-based system for collaborative localization of (gettext-based) software

Hello there, I think that Allura should integrate a web-based system to help the collaborative localization of gettext-based software.
To me it's this is a very important feature that the Sourceforge platform still misses (other similar services, such as Launchpad, have it).
This translation system in principle should be easy to implement, it could be based on Pootle for instance (http://translate.sourceforge.net).
