#5473 Unable to drag to reorder milestones

When we first switched over to the new interface, I discovered that under Admin -> Tools -> Trackers (I think that is the path) I could drag and drop the Milestone fields to change their order.
Now, I can still drag and drop the Milestone fields, the order changes. But when I press save, I get a message in green at the top saying changes were saved, yet the milestone order reverts to what it was.
