#5506 sfbot does not understand project prefix in artifact links

I guess the sfbot-000 in #allura is part of the Chat Beta Tool that is installed in the Allura project, that is why I report this issue here.
It has a cool feature to translate artifact link expressions to actual links.
But it does not understand the project prefix. [#123] or [wiki:Features] work fine, but [forge:community-docs:Project Permissions] does not work and instead sfbot just ignores it.
