#5551 Milestone counts are wrong

The counts associated with milestones (and searches) in the ticket view don't seem to match the actual number of tickets displayed.
For example, the "QA-Forge" search item in the left-hand list currently displays a count of 7, but viewing the related page shows only six entries.
Similarly, the milestone "dir-jan-11" displays a count of 10, but viewing the related page shows nine entries (while the page is headed "Showing 16 results of 16")
Sorting the "dir-jan-11" list by different columns also seems to affect the number of entries shown (and the numbers in the heading). For example, clicking on "Summary" shows only five entries (with a heading of "Showing 12 results of 12"), while clicking on "Status" shows seven entries (with a heading of "Showing 14 results of 14").
