#5621 Textbox field can be resized beyond the with of the form

All textboxes can be resized by grabbing the corner. By that, it is possible to set a width larger than the form. If this accidentially happens, there is no way to undo it. In consequence, not all text is visible any more. Also the buttons may be moved out of the visible area because the position follows the cursor. See attachment
Possible solutions:
only allow vertical resizing of textboxes
limit the maximal width
