Currently, wiki pages have enforced slashes at the end of the page ie:
https://sourceforge.net/adobe/cairngorm/wiki/CairngormGuidelines/
This breaks relative links to pages within the wiki, which are typically referenced just by the pagename, so you get pages like
https://sourceforge.net/adobe/cairngorm/wiki/CairngormGuidelines/GettingStartedWithCairngorm
which result in 500 ISE errors.
In general, the wiki's mount point should enforce a terminating slash so pages within it can be redirected to, but pages themselves should enforce no-slashes so that the relative links work.

Actually solved this by redirecting things like /CairngormGuidelines/GettingStartedWithCainrgorm to /GettingStartedWithCairngorm
