#5651 Accessing Allura rss feeds from project web [ss2483]

Before switching to the new layout it was possible to get the rss feed through AJAX from the project web page. In the new layout it is not possible and a request always gives the following error:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://sourceforge.net/p/atp-vim/news/feed. Origin http://atp-vim.sourceforge.net is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.
The solution of this issue is to set the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header so that it allows request from the project's web pages.
