#5688 Fully support custom milestones [ss2570]

All other fields in the tickets system uses the name of the field in all displays. The Milestone field uses the text "milestone" instead. This can be confusing since the list of Milestones uses the name associated with the field. The converted data used the term Group for the field name for the milestones created I would expect the detail headers and the comments associated with changes should also use the field name of Group instead of the text "milestone".
It seems that the problem is that we have a number of places that still expect the name "milestone" for the default milestone field even if the label is changed (the "Edit Milestones" page comes to mind), if we could generate pages like that for milestone fields not named "milestone", I think that would solve this consistency issue.
