#574 General: When displaying diffs, break on word not on letter

When I change content of a wiki page or a ticket, my email shows me a "diff" of the page, but it sometimes looks very crazy because it breaks on letter so for instance if i changed the phrase "I love pie" to "I ate a horse" it shows me I(-lov)(+at)e (-pi)+(a hors)e. Rather than I (-love pie)(+ate a horse).
as per rick: use the new algorithm too
