#5745 Editing a ticket removes leading blank line [ss2676]

I wanted to document this so that Allura maintainers are aware. I edited a ticket meta data and the comment contained an unexpected diff. The only thing I can think of is a blank line was automatically removed. You can see the diff at https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw/bugs/1685/?page=1
In my testing, it seems to remove one (and only one) leading blank line each time you edit a ticket.
