#6012 Discussions page # Topics is incorrect if all topics are deleted from forum [ss3286]

I created 3 test posts in my Help forum and then deleted them all, making the forum empty again. Now the number of topics shown on the Discussions page is stuck at 3, even though no topics exist in the Help forum. I hoped it might fix itself but it's been like that for weeks.
