It would be very useful to be able to open the ticket search help in a new browser window/tab instead of as a pop-up. The current pop-up window shows up on top of the search bar and is modal, making it pointless as a quick reference.
As an aside, it would also be really useful if this help page immediately listed the specific custom fields relevant for a project/ticket tool.
