When referencing CammelCase identifiers used in various programming languages, they always become wiki links, which isn't desirable. Not sure if WikiWords are even worth it in that case, but we're allowing them so we need some way to disable them.

I think we ought to remove the WikiLinkPattern entirely -- it's confusing in that it only works in the wiki, and that it changes from the standard markdown syntax, and that it interacts strangely with other link systems. But more importantly I think the use case of typing MixedCase stuff because it's part of some reference to source code is more common than the desire to link to other pages on the wiki.
