After a failed commit, the sumo subversion repository was stuck in an inconsistent state. We restored the repository files from an svn-synced backup repository and checkout/commit are working again. However, the page https://sourceforge.net/p/sumo/code/ reports that the project has no files.
I tried a clean refresh, which reports completed, but it's still showing as empty in the code browser, though that's clearly not true:
