#6292 Git user not always linking to user profile/user project

In many cases, the author links to the user profile, but not in all. From the logs however, it looks like the email is set to username@users.sourceforge.net or username@users.sf.net
The reporter offers some observations, but from what I can see, I'm not seeing any discernible pattern.
