#6337 Ability to download diff (patch) in raw format

Please provide a link in code browser's diff output to download a unified diff (aka patch) in raw format.
For SVN be aware that this raw diff should not contain differences which are a the result of a keyword (e.g $Id$) expansion. The current diff output contains these differences (which is IMO OK for viewing purposes).
