#6443 'Download Snapshot' returns partial snapshot [ss4639]

Dear SF Team,
'Download Snapshot' feature seems broken ... loading up this https://sourceforge.net/p/mpqc/code/ci/default/tarball returns a partial snapshot (it contains only the 'test' directory of the project). I tried other revisions also as well as from command line, no luck.

Confirmed on https://sourceforge.net/p/mpqc/code/ci/430da26a162e8ce71bae079b5bd453b6f5b33827/tarball and a few others.
Some snapshots seem to work okay though, like https://sourceforge.net/p/mpqc/code/ci/bd79d3b72ca12978659941377e34de6fc2703c85/tarball
Also note: the partial snapshot problem was observed both on previously generated/stored snapshots as well as newly generated ones.
Works for me currently, need another example if this is still occurring.
