#6580 Add -y and -q flags to zip commands

We should run the zip binary for code snapshots with the -q and -y flags so that the output is less verbose, and symlinks are stored as just symlinks (not followed).

    Tests need to be updated to reflect the change.

    Also might be worth including the -y functionality in the commit message. That's an important improvement.
