The current modal for create page is a little campy -- it has a scrollbar on my browser, the controls are too big, and doesn't default to focus.
Instead what I would like is for the create pages button to enlarge with a textbox, in the same size/font/format as the search bar. This field should be in focus, with a "go" button next to it.
If the page name already exists, you should get a warning.
