#680 forms: cancel button should reset field to original value

Currently, when I'm editing a ticket and I change something in a field and hit "cancel", that field is still changed (even though it is invisible). Therefore when I save from another form element, my changes from the cancelled block still go through. Instead on "cancel" the contents of the field should be reset to their previous values.
