#6871 Re-evaluate source for Countries on /auth/user_info/ [ss5897]

Nothing from the UK, or the UK itself, is listed in the country of residence list.
I did actually find both "Britain (UK)" and "Ireland" on the list, but it still seems like a weird choice. Perhaps we should re-evaluate the source of the country list for the "Country of Residence" option on https://sourceforge.net/auth/user_info/
We pull it from pytz, which even in the latest version has "Britain (UK)" https://github.com/stub42/pytz/blob/master/tz/iso3166.tab#L102
If/when we change this we'll have to convert existing data in mongo, so it'd be worth considering storing it as an official two-letter country code, and use the full names just for display.
