#6908 Add Maximize button to Wiki content
Add the Maximize / Restore button to the action bar for Wiki pages.
Also, look at having it use a #content-maximized URL hash to allow bookmarking the maximized version of the page. (Could use jquery-hashchange, though that might not be necessary.)
