The +/- buttons on a Ticket are non-functional when not logged in, though they are enabled.
This confuses, as you can press them, but absolutely nothing happens.
If the voting does not work, e. g. because of not being logged in, the vote buttons should either be disabled or should produce a popup that advices to log in first to vote for a ticket.
