Currently our H1 titles for tools are a bit inconsistent. IE discussion is "Forums for PROJECTNAME", tracker is "ForgeTracker for PROJECTNAME" etc.

The H1 title of every tool should be standardized to be simply the tool label eg "Tickets", "Code", etc. (With the exception of wiki, which is editable)
