We need a little love on the user picker

the area in which names are displayed should be bordered
the font size/style should match the fonts used in the form
the name gets bolded on mouseover, lets make the background of the cell change instead since on some names the font size determines if it line breaks
shortnames should be displayed in parens after the display name ie "Nathan Oostendorp (oostendo)"
