#714 Admin: big warning when removing self from project, disallow removal of last user

in the permissions page:

when I try to remove myself I should get a warning ok/cancel box with the text "Warning: You can not undo this, this will remove your permissions to manage this project"

I should not be able to remove the last admin of a project (remove icon should disappear, any action should fail with error)
