#7429 Show markdown syntax of pages without edit permission

The best way to learn a language is by example. Therefore every Allura Wiki page should have a link for displaying the markdown syntax of the currently displayed Wiki page.
This would allow Allura users to learn from other Allura Wikis where they don't have an account nor edit permissions.
This is a good idea and has already been ticketed at [#2580]
