#756 Admins can remove themselves from the admins list on SF 2.0 [12573]

Little after I had created my project did I have to ask ctsai-sf on IRC to re-enable me as an admin for my project, since I had accidentally clicked my name in the admins list, which removed me from the admins group.
I've had to re-add several admins to their projects already. Personally, I think that admins should not be able to remove themselves without confirmation (or maybe not at all), as they have no way to add themselves back to the project without contacting us. As it is now, it's pretty easy to do this accidently.
I believe this was addressed by [#714]
