#758 Summary field in SF 2.0 truncated to 80 chars, vs 250 in registration form [12576]

The "Summary:" field, in sf 2.0, will limit input to 80 chars, whereas the project registration form allow up to 250 chars. Thus, when placing the cursor in the sf 2.0 summary field and pressing any key, the description is truncated to its 80 first chars.
