#784 Tickets: search interface cleanup

Tickets search needs some basic UI cleanup. We don't have mockups for this so work with Nate as needed for clarifications:
- search box should get bigger so entire query can be seen
- number of results selection/pagination should be drop down, and be at top and bottom of page
- edit all should be button, at top and bottom of the page
- remove "search entire project" button
- rename "search app" "search"
- remove "search history?" checkbox
In general, clean up layout so that it looks closer to most e-comm/website search results.
